Today’s Mid-Splend MP3 is a particularly personal pick, as it’s time for me to head east once again.

You can probably decipher how special Seattle is, as I very blatantly preach of its wonders all throughout the blog (as well as, oh, every five minutes in real life). So as I head to the airport for what seems like an endless journey back to the “east coast,” I can only encapsulate my love for the city in today’s pick.

It is not directed toward any one person or group of people, but I think this song does a great job of expressing how I feel about the types of temporal joys discovered in this city, that will (without a doubt) last a lifetime.
