Why not make today a Minnesota music day on Mid-Splend? Dan Wilson (of Semisonic fame) released a new track via YouTube last week, called “Everything Green.”

Dan Wilson may not be a household name, but Semisonic sure is. And he was behind that whole dealio, if you don’t recall. You remember “Not Ready to Make Nice,” as sung by the Dixie Chicks? Yeah, he was behind that, too. A skilled songwriter with a strong disc in Free Life, his upcoming work is sure to be no less than fantastic, given the depth and thought behind his first solo effort.
